Shipping and Returns

All orders are inspected by our team for quality control to ensure all products are free from any defects. We aim only to ship products that will be guaranteed up to your satisfaction.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking information. The tracking number can be found within: the shipping confirmation email that you will receive, order details in your account, and on the carrier’s website.

Our standard order processing time is typically 1 business day. Once an order is processed, it is not possible to amend, exchange, or cancel the order. During peak periods, please allow additional processing time. Delays may result from payment authorizations, product availability, or customs processing, which could lead to longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Exceptions to this timeframe may include:

  • Products with extended delivery timelines. Estimated delivery timeframes will be indicated on the respective product page, during checkout, and in the order confirmation email.

If your tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your order, we suggest waiting 48 hours. If you still have not received your order information after this window has passed, please reach out to support@unitedkakooli.com

Domestic Shipping Policy:

All domestic orders in Kuwait are delivered within 1-2 business days once the order has been processed. All domestic orders are processed the same day if received before 12:00 pm. Orders received after 12:00 pm will be handed to the delivery courier in the morning of the next business day.

All domestic orders are entitled to free shipping for orders above 120 KWD.

International Shipping Policy:

We ship internationally to the GCC region only, which includes: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Iraq. All international orders take 1 business day for processing. All international orders will be delivered via DHL Express within 1-3 business days, but can reach upto 5 business days, after the order has been processed. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and are assigned by DHL as per order. Shipping fees do not include any potential customs duties or taxes that may be imposed in your country. If you fail to pay any customs duties and / or taxes without reasonable reason, causing the liability to fall on us, the carrier or any third party (including the Brand), the amount of such customs duties and / or taxes may be deducted from any refund or other amounts you may claim.

Returns Policy:

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

  • Once the returned products are examined and are deemed in good condition, a refund request can be made. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you. Returns processing take up to 5-7 business days, after which a refund will be processed.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to replace a product, you will have to return the original order, request a refund, then create a new order.

Please note:

  • Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.

  • In-store purchases can only be returned in-store.

  • Domestic customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.

  • International customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs, and a return shipping fee, with any applicable custom duties and taxes, will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipment.

  • Refunds can be credited back into your bank account, or as store credit for the retail price of item(s) purchased. Refunds usually take 3-5 working days to reflect back into your account, but can take up to 14 days. We advise you to check with your bank to check if the refund has been credited in. If the refund is requested as store credit, the refund will be credited within 1-2 working days.

We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
